Healing Emotions with Fragrance Alchemy Part 2

We refer you to a few previous posts which are specific to healing with Fragrance Alchemy and the meridians of the body. See Releasing Birth Trauma with Rose Oil, posted on July 24, 2013 and Healing Emotions with Meridians and Fragrance Alchemy posted on July 28, 2013.

We wish to clarify the following: Due to the many requests we have received for the sigils used for Releasing Birth Trauma with our special alchemically formulated Rose oil, we present them here along with the meridian chart and the directions (also given on the post of July 24, mentioned above). The sigils that are used with the Rose oil and the meridian locations can be used by anyone, not only by Belvaspata masters (see more about Belvaspata angelic healing and initiations here).

What are sigils and how do they work, you might ask? You can read more about sigils in Belvaspata Angel Healing Volume 1 or Volume 2 and purchase these books on the book section of our webstore. For your reference we post an excerpt from Belvaspata Angel Healing Volume 2, pages 8 and 9 of the paper version – you can read the first 15 pages of this book free here!

Symbols versus Sigils
A symbol represents something, whereas a sigil describes something. When someone sees a BMW or a Mercedes symbol, it represents upper middle-class vehicles of quality and distinction. On the other hand, the symbol for a Rolls Royce or Bentley represents elite vehicles that speak of a privileged lifestyle of dignity and wealth.

So much is deduced just from one symbol. A Rolls Royce evokes images of walled estates, chauffeurs, enough and accustomed money where the symbol of a Ferrari will speak of more flamboyant taste.

Whereas symbols are common in our everyday world, the use of sigils is virtually forgotten. Even in mystery schools, their hidden knowledge eludes most mystics. Throughout the cosmos all beings of expanded awareness utilize sigils and it is only a few left-brain oriented races that use symbols such as those in alphabets. An example would be the word ‘LOVE’ where we have combined four symbols (letters representing certain sounds) to make one symbol (the word that represents a feeling). But love is one of the building blocks of the cosmos, like space or energy*. It can also represent many different nuances within the emotion of love (which is the desire to include) and much other dysfunctionality and degrees of need we mistakenly call ‘love’.

As we can see, the symbol or word can be very misleading since what it represents to one may not be what it represents to another. The sigil for love describes the quality or frequency of what is meant. It maps out the exact frequency of the emotion.

The sigil for someone’s name would do the same. As the person or being rises in frequency, the sigil will change to reflect that. In the case of angels, even their names change…

Having someone’s sigil is like having that person’s phone number. Sigils not only describe what they represent, but are a means to communicate with what they represent.

Filling a Void with Food

Especially in the US, obesity has reached epidemic proportions and often results in the development of hypertension, diabetes, and cardiovascular medical conditions. Interestingly enough, one thing that obese and extremely thin people may have in common is being malnourished – just two extremes of the spectrum. On the one hand, obese persons may be ‘stuffing’ emotions by overeating and/or eating foods with little or no nutritional value while others are limited in what food is available to them – they may not be able to get enough calories or nutrients because of limited quantity of any type of food.

Mindful eating is something we can all practice: are we eating because we are actually hungry, or are we bored or thirsty? Avoid eating while driving or doing other activities to really appreciate the taste and the blessing of the food we eat. One suggestion is to eat in silence in order to really taste the food, and to notice its texture and aromas. This creates appreciation and can even lead to states of bliss.

During the bounty of summer, remember to eat the rainbow of vegetables and fruits that are brightly colored as they contain the most vitamins and minerals. Fresh fruits, including berries, are high in anti-oxidants, vitamins, fiber, and taste really delicious (blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries are some of the fruits lowest in sugar as an added benefit). Remember to wash foods thoroughly and to buy organic whenever possible.

Concepts for Mindful Eating

Food is used to fill the need for input when we do not allow it to occur through receptive silence. Because it is a substitute and cannot fulfill the need, it becomes an obsession.

Body and Soul

Concepts for contemplation ~

The body tries to change through elimination and the soul through assimilation. These body systems will act up and age one, if these processes are not combined with receptive stillness – a grounding energy. Jointly, they create exponential change and profound shifts result from expending only a bit of energy.

The Gateway to Feminine Creational Codes

During a recent Shamanic Woman’s Retreat* held at Almine’s beautiful home on the magnificent coast of Oregon, a new Fragrance Alchemy scent was received and created by Almine. It is known as The Goddess Blend and contains several oils with a main note of fuchsia flowers (several students at the retreat had visions of the color fuchsia).

The scent is associated with The Wheel of the Rhino’s Gate, received and drawn by Almine on a Livestream event, click here to view. The Wheel of the Rhino’s Gate and The Goddess Blend oil are tools that assist with the balanced and full expression of the feminine creational codes, located at the base of the spine; place a few drops of the oil there to stimulate the qualities of the gate.  The wheel can be printed and laminated  – it is recommend to store the oil upon it to keep it fully charged with the feminine creational codes.

The Goddess Blend will be complimented by a masculine oil yet to be received for The Lion’s Gate, associated with the pineal gland. All Fragrance Alchemy oils now available are located here.

The Goddess Blend will be available to everyone very soon!

Please note: due to popular demand, a 3rd Shamanic Woman’s Retreat will be held in September 2013, click here for more details.

How Much Water is Enough and Why It’s Important

Much of the extra weight and flabbiness we associate with eating extra calories is in fact due to toxins trapped under the skin, and related to inadequate water intake. Layers that appear as fat under the skin are often due to the build up of toxins that are not being flushed out, or that are not being handled by an overburdened liver.

The liver becomes overburdened when we use chemicals, non-organic food, cigarettes, alcohol or have poorly digested food due to improper food combining. See the entry of 2/26/13 for suggestions on (click here) Combining Foods for Optimal Nutrition.

Liver Cleanse
Using the following homeopathics for a liver cleanse every 3 months is advised. Remedies may be taken together, away from food at least one hour. Avoid metal, use plastic cup or spoon.
Itires – 1 bottle, supports the lymphatic system in detoxification. Dosage 20 drops, 3 times per day.
ApoHepat – 1 bottle, supports the liver in detoxification. Dosage: 20 drops, 3 times per day.
Toxex – 1 bottle, removes endogenous and systemic toxins from the body; microbial or heavy metals. Turbo-charges the excretion properties of gentler drainage methods. Dosage: Up to 20 drops, 2 times per day (lower dosage to tolerance).

Click here Pekana Homeopathic Order Form for more information about ordering homeopathic remedies.

Baseline water intake
Figure 0.5 ounces x Body Weight in Pounds = Daily Fluid Requirement in ounces
Sedentary – 1L of water a day (about 3 glasses)
Moderate to highly active – 1.5-2.5 L per day (about 4-5 glasses)
Note: Increase water intake with hot weather and exercising.

There is a large variation when it comes to individual water needs. Those who are active have increased water requirements, especially if exercising in hot weather. You should drink when you are thirsty but often we overlook our thirst when we are busy or exercising. Check your urine color – if it is white or slightly yellow, it’s a good indication that you are hydrated.

Tasty water
Many people simply don’t like the taste of water, but a little morning preparation can be done to add something pleasant to the water. For instance: 2 teaspoons of Apple Cider vinegar (organic, with the ‘mother’ in it), plus 2 droppers of Stevia can be added to four 12 ounce bottles of water every morning; carry these bottles with you throughout the day. Although the vinegar is conducive to releasing Human Growth Hormone (HGH) from the pituitary, which is conducive to reducing signs of aging, mint or mint and lemon juice, and other healthful ingredients can enhance the taste of water. Please be aware that the sipping of lemon juice and vinegar should be followed by rinsing the mouth with plain water, as the acidic content of these ingredients can erode enamel of the teeth. The mouth is typically an alkaline terrain.
Note: Use of glass or stainless steel containers is preferred for storing drinking water. Avoid prolonged storage of acidic ingredients in plastic bottles. Acidic ingredients, (plus heat when bottles are left in the car) contribute to the break down of plastic. Plastics* in the body mimic hormones causing a variety of disorders and even mutations in species.

*BPA, a chemical found in plastics is commonly found in human and animal tissue and are known as endocrine disruptors; chemicals that interfere with the endocrine (or hormone system) in animals, including humans. These disruptions can cause cancerous tumors, birth defects, and other developmental disorders. A widely used herbicide acts as a female hormone and feminizes male animals in the wild. Thus male frogs can have female organs, and some male fish actually produce eggs. In a Florida lake contaminated by these chemicals, male alligators have tiny penises. There is also growing evidence linking this class of chemicals to problems in humans. These include breast cancer, infertility, low sperm counts, genital deformities, early menstruation and even diabetes and obesity.
