Handy Health Hints:

Sprained ankles and other joints can swell rapidly and may also discolor

~ Arnica 30C helps with shock.
~ Soak the affected area in an Epsom salt solution for 15 minutes, then pat dry.
~ Elevate the area if possible.
~ Place washcloths soaked in ice cold apple cider vinegar on the area for 20 minutes. Dry and gently rub in arnica cream, gel or ointment.
