The secrets of rejuvenation fall into three categories:
- Changing the way we interact with and perceive life.
- Mystical practices revealed through the texts of ancient *Saradesi records.
- Physical methods of firstly disengaging from the self-destructive habits of man that we accept as ‘normal’ and secondly, resetting the physical clock.
The success of all three categories requires an absolute determination to fly high like an eagle, leaving the flocks of birds behind. Do not expect support from the tribe for they sense that you threaten the existence of the status quo. If it is the approval of the masses that you want as they wallow in self-destructiveness, then you must forgo your quest to live beyond mortal boundaries.
“He who cannot hear the music thinks the dancer is mad.”

Concepts for contemplation ~
The body tries to change through elimination and the soul through assimilation. These body systems will act up and age one, if these processes are not combined with receptive stillness – a grounding energy. Jointly, they create exponential change and profound shifts result from expending only a bit of energy.

A few questions and answers from our readers.
Q. How do we become self-sustaining – give up food, etc. – if this is our next step?
A. There is an 8th band of compassion, an additional direction/ frequency. The nutrition of this band is self-generating. As you learn authentic self-expression, you will always generate what sustains you. As you emphasize a particular aspect, you will generate what is required.
Q. What is the purpose of the new Arasatma Breathing techniques?
A. The pranic tube is a tool. When it is unbound, we realize that our dream and awake time are the same, beyond them are eternal regeneration and rejuvenation. It can be done as a sacred daily ceremony and assists to purify and detoxify the body of toxins, including heavy metals and radiation.
The Arasatma breathing techniques are presented in the online course, (click here) Gateway to the Magical Life. See more about the Secrets of Rejuvenation in the online course and book by Almine.
Is there a reason that lightworkers are so sensitive to everything?
Q. Why are lightworkers so sensitive to everything, instead of not being immune to everything? Why can’t we eat anything we want? Why is it set this way if we are fluid?
A. We really do not properly understand disease and discomfort. It is not just something to fight against, but something to cooperate with. Pain* is felt differently as one moves into higher stages of evolution – something my 13-year old often questions me about. When she bumps her head, it doesn’t hurt, it is just felt as pressure. If we assume that pain must be felt the old way, it still will be. It is there to prompt us to what areas of life we need to express and what insights we need to see. There is however the knowledge needed that once we have seen it, it’s no longer necessary for the symptoms to persist. We do not need to feel them in the acutely uncomfortable way that we used to.
So the bottom line is, disease and pain, as far as I know, do not go away as long as we retain some form of physicality. Without physicality, many of the pleasures of life are not there, and the ability of certain perceptual functions ceases to exist as well. It simply becomes like a changing chord in the music that prompts the dancer to move in a different way.
