A. Firstly, canola oil: this oil is so harmful to the body that it really should be designated as an industrial oil, to be used for machinery.
Secondly, I would avoid salt: if it is not sea salt, it is very difficult to ever get rid of once it is ingested. Like carbon monoxide, it is one of the hardest substances to remove from the body.
Thirdly, artificial sweeteners: Substances like fructose, convert to hostile substances such as formaldeyde when exposed to bodily heat. Tests have shown that virtually all sugars separated from their original source such as malitol, sorbitol and xylitol are in fact cancer producing.
