Q. Is it possible to stimulate natural regeneration and rejuvenation hormones?

Using Natural Human Growth (HGH) Hormone Stimulators – Maximizing the Results

1. Combine foods properly: Do not eat carbohydrates and protein in the same meal. Milk products and fruits are to be used on their own; they inhibit proper digestion of other foods.

2. Eat a balanced diet, including five helpings of fruit and vegeta­bles a day.

3. Bulk up on protein. The best sources are lean chicken, fish, oc­casional lean meat, quinoa, amaranth, egg whites and whey protein.

4. Keep fat to a minimum. Foods high in fat can block both the production and release of HGH.

Q. I believe there are natural ways to achieve regeneration and rejuvenation. Can you give any advice about this topic?

Interference with the body’s natural regeneration and rejuvenation processes over a lifetime may occur in various ways.

Negative programming: The media programs standards of beauty with highly artificial and narrow margins. It is difficult to maintain self-worth and self-appreciation when the population is programmed to be non-accepting of your particular face and body type.

Other disruptions: …Pollution, resistance to life that causes stress, belief systems, vaccines and inconceivably hostile ingredients in beauty products, toiletries and food. These are passed on to an unsuspecting public under fancy names and packaging in spite of ample evidence that many are found to be cancer producing.

Perceptions directly affect emotional frequencies, and frequency in turn affects perceptions.

Rejuvenation Secrets

Regeneration versus Destructuring

It is imperative that regeneration inside the body takes place faster than the degeneration or destructuring. Although cells destructure, they are also constantly renewing. If the one outweighs the other, it determines whether we are going into a decline or whether we maintain youthfulness and in fact, rejuvenate.

Scientists have studied a caterpillar metamorphosing into a butterfly. While in its cocoon, it goes through a stage where there is what scientist’s call ‘a wave of determination’. This is a little electrical impulse that occurs in the middle of the caterpillar’s brain, which sets in motion the release of an endocrine excretion that starts to metamorphose the caterpillar into an exquisite butterfly that can take flight and exist in a completely different dimension or reality to the caterpillar.

So it is with man. Scientists have found that in the pineal gland, there is a cell that they call the ‘life cell’. They have discovered that this cell is particularly active in those that live for a very long time and have extremely healthy and active lives. The scientists have found that in this particular group of people the activity of the ‘life cell’ is heightened and that a different hormone is excreted. When we go into immortality, there is another hormone excreted.

However it takes that wave of determination; you have to define yourself by what you are becoming. Do not allow the words of others to program this out of you. Do not give credence to them.

Digestion and Nutrition

Q. I seem to be having more stomach upsets than usual; even foods that I was able to eat before are now bothering me. Do you have any ideas of what might be the problem?

A. Ask yourself if you are having more stress for any reason, even stopping to ‘take inventory’ may have positive benefits. Stress affects our entire body as is well known – including our digestion and sleep patterns and our emotional wellbeing. Eating habits affect our digestion: eating after 6 or 7 pm does not allow enough time to digest your meal prior to sleep; especially avoid spicy and rich foods eaten late at night. The combination of lying down flat and our reduced metabolic rate during sleep wreaks havoc with undigested food in our stomachs and can even contribute to the development of acid reflux. Avoid drinking large amounts of beverages with meals (especially iced beverages). The volume of liquids dilutes stomach acid and the cold temperature slows down the chemical reactions of digestion. Suggestions: Drink warm peppermint tea for indigestion, upset stomach and stomachaches. Ginger tea is good for nausea.

The Body Ecology Diet book (by Donna Gates and Linda Schatz) is recommended in Almine’s book and 2-hour audio lecture, How to Facilitate the Healing of Chronic and Systemic Disease. The ‘BED’ book teaches the principles of food combination to restore the bodily terrain, making it inhospitable to viral and bacterial infections, parasites and viruses. The book is an excellent resource for everyone who wishes to improve their diet and digestion, and especially for those that suffer from chronic or regularly occurring gastric upset.  It may seem ‘normal’ for everyone to have colds, but it is not. Many people only experience rapidly passing, mild colds or no colds at all. Undigested food becomes tomorrow’s food allergies and health conditions.

Simple guidelines that to follow for improved digestion include:

Replace dairy with unsweetened almond milk and sweeten with stevia if desired.

If you use dairy products, eat them away from other foods as they slow down
the digestion when combined with other foods.

Avoid eating fruit with any other food. Like milk, eat fruit alone.

Avoid combining protein and carbohydrates together in the same meal.
As each food group requires a different process and time for digestion,
eating them at the same time means that neither group is digested properly.

Small children are unable to digest heavy oils and even olive oil is
too heavy. Use coconut butter, not oil or ghee (clarified butter) for cooking.
Use cold-pressed flaxseed oil for salad dressings.

Acne Management

Q. What can I do about the acne that is appearing on my daughter’s neck and shoulders?  It seems to possibly be caused by the oils in her hair as she sometimes gets an outbreak on her face also – in the area of her long bangs.

A. Several options for treating this condition are:

  • Push water intake, with at least 4 bottles (8 ounces each) minimum per day. My daughter likes it when I squeeze ½ lemon and 1 dropper of stevia (w/out alcohol preservative) into her water. It’s like no-calorie lemonade!
  • Lily of the Desert Aloe Vera Gel (not juice) can be spread over areas that come in contact with the hair. It creates a protective film, allowing the acne to heal and prevents contact with the hair.
  • Itires has proven to be a wonderful aid for acne, as most acne problems stem from poor lymph flow (Itires stimulates the lymph). The dosage is 15-20 drops, 3-4 times per day, at least 30 minutes away from meals (the lower dosage is for 130 pounds weight or less). Avoid the use of metal utensils or containers with the Pekana spagyric homeopathics.

How Belvaspata Healing Works

We feature a question that we received about Belvaspata* and other healing modalities – are they all equally effective at healing and why? Thank you to M.K, Hawaii for her question.

Q. I am currently a practitioner of Pranic Healing, which is a no touch healing modality, that involves scanning for energy depletion/ congestion, breaking down and removing that ‘dirty energy’ and then re-energizing those areas/chakras with fresh prana, or energy. I have been drawn to Almine for some time now, and have been drawn to Belvaspata. I have ordered Belvaspata Angel Healing Volume 1, and I am concerned with whether or not to continue with pranic healing.  With the changes Almine has spoken of on how most of the energy healing modalities are no longer effective, I am torn. I have felt the positive effects of Pranic Healing yet now that I am aware of the changes Almine has spoken of, I am hesitant to continue with that type of energy healing.

I am curious if Pranic Healing is one of the energy healing modalities that is no longer effective, as Almine stated opposites now repel. Pranic Healing cleanses the area of the dirty/opposite energy before energizing with clean prana. Would there still be a repelling?

Almine’s reply: Currently prana is an element still used by those who are within the human grid. As the god reality becomes stronger and stronger each day, some of your clients may be living their godhood, without even knowing that this has occurred. The elements of prana, energy, light and frequency, utilize different elements all together than the incorruptible element of the great lights on Earth that consist of indivisible tonal luminosity. Belvaspata is designed to be able to be used on whatever reality your client is living from. It is also designed to change as life on Earth evolves because of its origins as a gift directly from Source.

To summarize, therefore, for a while the prana healing will continue to work, but only on some people and knowing the difference between a god being walking amongst humanity in forgetfulness and someone living from the human matrix is very difficult.  Hope this is helpful for you – our reality is changing so rapidly since the end of 2012, that it is an enormous blessing to have a healing modality that changes with it.

Nutritious Foods for You and Your Family

A food that you can introduce to your family at your next meal!

Q.  What would be one of the most nutritional elements to introduce into my families’ dinner? I have problems getting my children to eat healthy food.

A. Tahini, or sesame butter is a simple and good-tasting food that is very high in nutritional value and can be substituted for peanut butter[1].  It’s simple to make, and easily digestible. Tahini is actually a thick paste made from ground sesame seeds and featured in Middle Eastern foods such as hummus. It can be used in cooking for both sweet and savory dishes. Enjoy it as a dip for veggies, pita or crackers, as a sandwich spread, as a sauce for rice, lentils, fish or chicken and in soups to thicken and add a creamy texture (plus protein) and rich, nutty flavor.

Tahini contains 20% protein, which is higher than most nuts and is high in unsaturated fats, plus B vitamins, copper, magnesium, zinc, selenium and iron.

The calcium content in 35 grams of tahini is 35% of the daily-recommended calcium intake.[2]  It’s also a good source of omega 3 and 6 fatty acids, beneficial for heart, brain, eyes, hair and skin.

Tahini – basic recipe


8 ounces (1 cup) sesame seeds
1/4 cup olive oil, more if needed
Salt, to taste (garlic can also be added)


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spread sesame seeds on a parchment-paper-lined cookie sheet, and bake for 6 minutes. Mix and respread sesame seeds, and return to oven for 6 to 8 minutes more, or until sesame seeds are fragrant and golden brown. Immediately transfer toasted seeds to a separate bowl to prevent further cooking on the hot cookie sheet.
  2. Add sesame seeds to the bowl of a food processor (or a heavy-duty blender) and grind for 1 minute, or until seeds have broken down. While processor is on, drizzle in olive oil, and continue to grind for 1 or 2 minutes more – until a smooth paste forms. If mixture is too dry, then add more olive oil, 1 teaspoon at a time. Season to taste. Transfer tahini to a mason jar, and store in the fridge for up to one month.

Makes approximately one 10-ounce jar.


[1] Note; Canada, Japan and Israel have had an increased incidence of sesame seed allergies within the last 10 years. While not fully conclusive, research suggests that individuals with food allergy to peanuts, walnuts, hazelnuts, or cashews may also experience allergic response to sesame seeds.

[2] 35 grams = 1.2 ounces or 2.4 tablespoons.
